FREE family fun filled event: MEET the Captains and Crews of the Mersey Pirate Navy: SEE the Battle of Last Chance Lagoon, cannons, muskets, swords and treasure seeking Pirates: JOIN the Pirates Parade and follow the Muster Marauders Band from Vale Park promenade 11:45am to Fort Perch Rock: WEAR your best Pirate clothes: SIGN the Muster Book and enrol into the Mersey Pirate Navy: A FESTIVAL OF FUN for your entertainment and participation.

Captain Muster, leading captain of the Mersey Pirate Navy, Invites Schools and childrens community groups to create their own PIRATE FLAG, (one per group/class)which will be flown at the -
5th Annual Mersey Pirate Muster - in 2013 (Date to be arranged)
. FLAG SIZE: 24" x 16" (61cm x 41cm).
Please use acrylic paint on cloth/canvas material.

The project is asking Liverpool city region's working community to create their own artworks and display them at their own workplaces and at other venues throughout the Merseyside region. Working Together we can build upon the success of Liverpool's 2008 Cultural Celebrations,

With cannons blazing, muskets firing and swords clashing the first annual Mersey Pirate Muster forced it's way into the History Books of Liverpool.
Never before since the days of sail and salty ale have so many tricorne hats and swords been seen on the shores of this Great Maritime City.
Captain Muster would like to thank all the pirates who attended the first Mersey Pirate Muster and signed his Muster Roll Book.
Pirates who didn't get a chance to sign the Muster Book and receive the Captains halfpenny and be presented with a certificate of enrolment in the Mersey Pirate navy, will get their chance soon, as Captain Muster islooking to arrange further Muster Signing days in the city region.. He can't promise cannon's but you will be signed up for future Mersey Pirate Musters.
